Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.

Custom and personalized items typically take 7 to 10 business days to process, often faster. If you are working with a specific deadline, feel free to reach out. I will do my best to make it happen.

All items are made in small batches or to order, so slight variations and processing differences are normal.

Shipping details:

Orders over $40 ship free within the US.
Smaller items like single pins or stickers may ship via stamped mail without tracking
Larger or multi item orders ship with tracking
Orders may ship in separate packages if they include both handmade and made to order items

You will receive tracking information when available once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most items are handmade or made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please reach out. I will do my best to make it right.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and are final sale.

Please double check all details including names, dates, and colors before placing your order.

All buttons, magnets, and pins are hand pressed by me in small batches. Due to their handmade nature, slight imperfections, small shifts, or minor variations can happen. I do have both cats and dogs in my home, in case you have any allergy concerns.

Production Partners

Some items like shirts, mugs, and select home goods are made to order through a trusted production partner and shipped directly to you.

This allows me to offer more products while keeping designs original and intentional.

Missing or Delivered Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package:

Check around your delivery area
Ask neighbors or household members
Wait 1 to 2 days since carriers sometimes mark packages early

Once a package is marked delivered, it is in the hands of the carrier. I am happy to help review tracking, but I may not be able to replace or refund these orders.
