Return & Refund Policy

I want you to have a good experience with Boyalso. While not every item is eligible for return, some are, and I review requests on a case by case basis depending on the item and the issue.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

Return eligibility

• Item must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Return details

• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Shipping costs are non refundable

Non-returnable items

• Pins and magnets due to their small batch, handmade nature
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale items
• Gift cards

If something is wrong with your order or you are unhappy with it, please reach out to me directly at grange@boyalso.net. I will always do my best to help make it right.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. I will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
